Stayed for 5 nights with no problems at all. Brilliant location, great for transportation with tram and train lines close by. Apartment clean and tidy, although bathroom could do with a renovation. Locum manager very helpful and friendly. Low budget accommodation,but suited all our needs, will definitely stay here again.

“Clean, tasteful and reliable”

My partner and I have been staying here now for seven or eight years and keep on returning. It's not the most luxurious of the Punt Hill properties but the suites are clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped for those of us who like to prepare at least 70% of our meals. “No frills, need renovation”

This basic apartments are located a few steps from South Yarra Railways station. Kitchen, fridge and all you need is in your room, pretty large and globally clean. “Basic apartment handy for transport”

We stayed at these apartments Dec/Jan and they are certainly handy for transport links with train station just down main road-5-6 mins walk or catch tram just out on main street. It is only 2 train stops from Flinders Street and we bought 7 day pass which was good value as could get on and off whatever transport we liked.... More

This was our first stay in Australia which was not as good as Meriton properties in BRisbane and Sydney but was decent enough for our stay . We were given a 1 Bedroom apartment it was small and cosy however we were on the top floor so there were alot of steps to climb. Stayed here for a work function so didn't have any choice and can't recommend it. The location is good, in a tree-lined street off Toorak Road, near shops and cafes but it resembles a set of very old blocks of units that have had cheap renovations inside.
