The hotel is dirty. The photos in the website and the room that you get is totally different. Old and dirty. The only good thing is located in the city area. its better to get another hotel in the city instead of this hotel. More

We chose the Enterprize Hotel primarily for its proximity to Southern cross station where the airport bus terminates. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and every time we asked for assistance of any kind. The hotel itself is quite pleasant and our room was well appointed and cosy enough. we'd be happy to stay here again :) More

Its cheap, but not cheerful. If you are happy with a overnighter thats close to trains and buses for the next day its ok. Generally not that clean or appealing, hard to justify going back, but ok for the price. More

I have stayed at the Hotel Enterprize on numerous occassion's over the past decade. I would suggest as a middle of the road hotel, perfectly located in Spencer St this is absolute value for money. Check in process was fast and efficient. Back room with no views. Very clean and bedding was spotless. Did not eat in this hotel so cannot comment on the food. Location was very central. Wifi was not available in my room. This is my only adverse comment. Servicing daily was efficient. More
