Amazing and relaxing experience. They have a great sized pool and immediate surrounding area for a swim and relaxation pre treatment, lots of lovely big soft towels. I had the body mud wrap and massage- the treatment was preformed professionally- loved the heated treatment bed, the experience was amazing my skin felt so good afterwards.

There really wasn't anything to fault about Crown Towers. It truly is a 5 star property by international standards. Check-in was quick and easy, location is convenient with transport right outside the complex along with lots of great restaurants on the waterfront, not to forget the casino which connects to the hotel which is filled with bars, shops and eateries.... Crown Tower has the most luxurious standard room that we have ever stayed anywhere in Australia. There is a walk-in wardrobe and tv on the bathroom. Have stayed in many high end five star hotels and Crown Towers was by far the best than any other in Australia. Yes it's a casino hotel - but it doesn't matter. Great suite amazing views and an outstanding experience with prompt and professional service. Didn't want to leave!!

Whole experience excellent. Plenty of restaurants in precinct -10 to 15 minute walk cbd. Gym facilities and pool all great. Service from all staff consistent and brilliant- which makes a difference for australia. Silks restaurant amazing

Our 2nd stay at the wonderful Crown Towers. Fabulous Studio room, spacious, comfortable and it was luxury. The staff from the reservations to the housekeeping were fantastic, extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was divine as was so comfortable and spacious. Love it.
