We were upgraded to a deluxe room, but the room had a disabled shower, not sure if all the rooms are like that(non of us are disabled) Other than some cloths being stolen from our veranda or stay was ok

We stayed in Broome at the very beginning of the dry season when it was fairly quiet. We hoped it got busier for the staff and visitors at the Mercure as the facilities were excellent and staff were brilliant- Particulalry Marlikka at reception who made us feel really welcome and always answered our enquires with a smile. Nice hotel. Room was good although air conditioning was not efficient and rarely pulled the temperature below 24 degrees. We had fan and air conditioning on all night and still laid on top of the sheets. Apart from that we would not hesitate to stay again

The beds in the rooms around the pool are too big for the roome size. There is only a small area to move around the room due to the bed surround. I ate at the pub next to the motel - the food at the pub is just - but it is cheap.
