Instead of a small room at Cable Beach Resort, we stayed in a large 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room for 60% of the cost. Macleay Valley Travel advised us so well on this choice. Wonderful Julie at the front desk and a very nice staff awaits you here. Don't pay the big bucks when you visit Broome,... More

We stayed at Seashells Broome for 4 nights. The two bedroom apartment was very modern, clean and well kept. I was surprised to near no sound at all from occupants of other apartments in the same building. The pool and spa were great, the shade sales over the pool are a definite plus. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Having... More

We are a family with 3 children and have just returned from an 11 night stay in a 3 bedroom freestanding bungalow (no.42) near the pool area. We found the bungalow to be very attractive, comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of air condtioners and fans, which was great. We loved the pool and the well-maintained grounds. It was... More

We have made several visits to Broome during the last 2 years, and have stayed in about 5 different hotels. Seashells is a good value for money, middle of the road, place to stay. Reception was efficient and informative. We had a one bedroom studio-style unit, with a small kitchen with stove top and microwave/convection combination oven, and bar refrigerator... More

Tomorrow we will be arriving at the Seashells, Broome, for our 15th stay! We find the accommodation to be excellent, particularly the well appointed kitchen. Although small it is more than adequate to prepare meals for the family. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is terrific. The staff are also very helpful with all requirements, from helping us with... More

Stayed here for 7 nights over Christmas. Lady at the front was very friendly. We stayed here with our 5 month old daughter in the one bedroom apartment- has everything you need in the kitchen to cook own meals. Pool is nice. Fantastic child friendly accommodation. Will be staying here again next time.

We spent 5 days here, mid November, and had a fab time. It wasn't very busy. The pool is awesome, accommodation (2 bedroom apartment) was fantastic. Everything was there. Staff were very friendly, though as it was not busy at all, we would have appreciated it if they would have given the late check out (3pm) for free. Instead we... More

I stayed here for 5 days and everything was amazing! I stayed in a 3 bedroom bungalow and it was beautiful, the bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Recently had a fabulous stay and loved it! Had previously stayed elsewhere in Broome but wanted to try somewhere new. The 2 bedroom upstairs apartment we had was perfect for us - not too close to the pool however could see it from the balcony which was perfect for our 10 and 12 year old. Was also reasonably quiet once... More

Read some scary stuff about petty theft on here, and not helped by a very stern warning by the otherwise lovely reception staff about keeping everything locked (including windows) at all times. I completely understood where they were coming from, but it did scare us a bit. Of course I may well have really had cause to complain if they... More
