The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, but the common areas in the hotel are superbly designed. Perfect for business travelers. Great for socializing, restaurants in the lobby and lower level along with a bar attached that's packed on the weekend. The wifi pricing is outrageous at $29. Everything else though is four star...would consider staying here again...

The Service at the Hyatt was, as always, explemplary. But the building itself is not the knock out Hyatt that i have seen before, and its a good 20 minute walk from where the action is in perth.

Flew into Perth early morning Good Friday and was happy to reach the hotel.
No fuss and traditional corparte hotel with all the services and ammentities you would expect. All round consistant and clean and no complaints about the hotel - getting a taxi on the other hand is a freaking nightmare in perth. Hire a car!
