We enjoyed the location close to the river and still within a four block walking distance of town. The room was the usual Novotel room standard. The bed wascomfortable. I wish that hotels would include free wi-fi and upgrade the in-room lighting, but this is not a complaint limited to this particular hotel.

The service & staff were exceptional.When I made the booking I requested a special cocktail to be delivered to our room 20 mins after we arrived & It duly arrived right on time. Would highly recommend this hotel

We have always enjoyed the service and location it has very easy access to the city. The facilities are very comfortable and restaurant serves very good food. This is why we keep going back when we need a break or want to celebrate a special event.

The rooms are showing their age. The front counter service, restaurant staff was excellent. The price we paid for a room was a little high. We wanted a location close to the circus so it was ideal walking distance for us.

comunition with staff is a problem when taking orders as waiting for over an hour for room service and cold , tough, when arrived. other than that all went well. In the centre of the city, easy to get to things.
