Highlights include brawls less then 50 meters from the entrance, arrests on the steps of the reception troubled sweaty sleep (no air con) and spotty wifi. Definitely not worth the price but Perth is expensive, look around as much as you can as I have heard some bargains exist (for Perth).

Yes this accommodation is cheap for Perth, but be aware of what you are purchasing. Trips in the lift are always eventful. There may be an unexpected range of colourful characters as your companions. The cat bus is very close which was handy. The night staff were very friendly but that about covers the good bits.
