“Great location but SOOOO noisy”

I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before booking. Barely slept with the noise from the street. No double glazing and there is a night club near by and all that we could hear was music, drunks and smashing glass, then the street cleaners. We were on level 13, so it's still bad at that level.... I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was clean and had a full kitchen. The only problem was that there is that the hotel provides no parking for guests. “Went the extra mile”

The experience of staying at the hotel itself was fine: perfectly acceptable rooms and service for the price. I was especially impressed by the customer service, however. When I was running behind, the staff went the extra mile to finish running my clothes through the hotel's washer and dryer, even after I had already checked out. Thanks!

The location & the rooms were good. The suites were walking distance to shopping areas. However there is no free wifi in the rooms which is ridiculous! There is no free parking, or any subsidized parking fee for hotel guests.

They lose a star because we stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn't sleep all night due to a loud club with deep bass and people screaming just below.
