What a truly stunning hotel this is. It had been recommended by friends, but they couldn't express how great this place is. We are planning another night soon. I would never stay anywhere else in Auckland after this great experience.

Extremely comfortable rooms, loved the location. Quiet, understated luxury. Viaduct and Queen St shopping wityhin easy wlaking distance. Could have done with a loan umbrella for the Auckland weather though.

Their meal were very natural and fresh taste．We enjoyed the food very much. I also enjoyed using the amenities. I am fun of L'Occitane. I missed the aroma of coffee. This is a good location to walk to viaduct area and the city with marina view. We enjoyed the development of the city.

I use to stay here when it was the Westin. The Sofitel have done a good job with the hotel, some nice new touches. Just love the ambiance, warm tones and water features. Has a very calmly effect. Lovely loby area to have a glass of wine and snack if you are on your own.

we used our free nights accomodation with our Accor membership, the hotel was absolutley beautiful! big comfy as bed,big bath mean water pressure in the shower, everything was fantastic, a short stroll down the Viaduct to all the bars & resturants, we had an awsome night away and will definatley go back again!!!!!!!!
