“Average hotel and not the best value for money”

We are paying for the price of four star hotel, but the quality of service and room are like a three star hotel plus location is not at the centre of city. They don't have a hard pillow, the lift to the pool is not working, the check-in took forever.

“A great place to stay”

This hotel was fantastic. We were in Akl for a wedding and they made our stay very enjoyable. Our only mistake was not staying a night longer. Lovely staff, fabulous views, couldn't speak more highly of this place.

“Great stay!”

Stayed 3 nights. Found the staff very welcoming and helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. Lobby/bar area proved to be a hive of activity on Saturday night and we had a great time having a bite to eat and a few drinks. Rooms very clean and comfortable with all the features you would want. A great stay!

They never dissapoint class A hotel always clean great staff from the front desk to the room cleanses always nice & more than welcome to help & assist with out any problem,I come here quite often & the staff remembers my name,now that's impressive thsts something you can't fake so yeah with that being said I love this hotel!!!
