Good Location close to trains & buses, clean rooms, Beds very hard, OK for Price, stayed 4 nights, lifts require maintenance, check in staff friendly. Central Auckland close to the Viaduct & Quay, with views of Auckland Harbor bridge, maritime Museum nearby.

excellent hotel, good service , in fact found exceptional at desk, ideally located for ITU event . Stayed there previously , World cup TRI event October 2012, so had no hesitation in selecting this stay

Rooms were tidy. Beds were comfy. Location was fantastic. Close to everything. allowed us to check-in before 2 and check out at 11am, fantastic. Only complaint was that when doors in hall close they made a huge bang.

Great location and staff but my room was dirty. Mould on the shower curtain, mould around the bath and tiles, broken heater (its winter!), generally dusty, dirty, tired room. A good clean and some mould killer would have made all the difference.

The service was great, with a comfortable room, had a fabulous dinner in Vue with an amazing view! The location was perfect as we needed to board a cruise ship the next day. Definitely be back again when the need arises.

I was visiting Auckland in May 2013, like previously mentioned in reviews, if you stay at this hotel you have to pay for parking which is if I remember correctly $40 on top of the price of the room. There is alternative parking available within walking distance however not much cheaper, so we preferred to leave our car at hotel.... More

Great Hotel for the price...we got a great deal for a long weekend in Auckland. Top location, handy to Britomart, Viaduct, Waitemata Harbour, Sky City, Queen St, Vector Arena...and more. Valet car parking was great. We didn't eat in the hotel as there are many options locally to try different food, especially the iconic White Lady
