Breakfast is included, parking is included, internet is cheap but was not working in the room, bad location, good price, friendly staff, room is simple, clean.... I didnt see bugs, but when i left this hotel i was itching a lot... Except this, i recomend this hotel

If you book directly with them you get free breakfast and limited Internet. The hotel is located about 30 mins from the ferry terminal in a quiet area and has a policy that if you disrupt fellow guests you get one warning then you get kicked out. Handy location for transport if you're flying in - get yourself an Airbus return trip for $28 per person from the airport - it stops and leaves from right outside the door. My wife and I planned to stay in Auckland for only one night, so the hotel suits us well and gave us all basic service. It's quiet and comfortable, all the rooms a inside the hotel and near the lawn. And the staff are friendly. The price is good.

Very basic but comfortable hotel. They have single rooms which is unusual. Staff all extremely helpful. Lady on tourist desk in lobby was briliant. They cater for backpackers and travellers. Very central, bus from airport stops outside the door.

This is a backpacker hotel with an excellent location for the price you pay. Added bonus is free parking. Very friendly check-in staff. Breakfast selection not the best but hey - its a backpacker and you survive well enough. Some finesse regarding room bathroom cleaning could be good (but was very minor).
