The service was good as was the location being a short walk into the city centre. Unfortunately, there no sound proofing and it sounds like the windows are open when they are closed and sitting on a major road, this meant no sleep on the first night. If you choose to stay here, bring ear plugs. More

Right on the motorway exit so not the quietest location. Simple clean layout but getting worn out. Wobbly bed, good appliances, some rooms are better insulated than others.
