good standard YHA in deco style building. stayed in double room with sea veiw found this comfortable and clean. windows single glazed so road noise was audiable but not probalematic. showers were clean and i never had to que. used kitchen, laundry and internet no problems staff were helpfull yet another great YHA stay in New Zealand. This is an average BP. It has its strong points and it weak points. Great location Only one poor staff member to handle the desk. Easy to find, across the road from the beach, staff very helpful at planning our stay and what to do, knew what they were talking about, had a great time, and Napier itself is incredible. The only negative were some other travellers staying next to us who partied till 5am. Hence poor sleep rating. More
