I was on a tour and this was the best hotel that I stayed at. Food was excellent with a 3 course 3 choice each course. There was a bit of a wait between courses but this enabled you to get to talk to fellow guests. Across the road from sea and park with delightful fountain. Beds comfortable. No complaints More

I found this place quite average. The front desk service needs attention - the young man could barely crack a smile and was abrupt. The room was ok - big bed but hard as a rock which did not make for enjoyable sleep. Overall I would not stay here again given the price. More

Fantastic location with easy walking distance to the key attractions Napier had to offer. The hotel had recently been refurbished and the rooms were very comfortable.
