There are 2 buildings used by Wally's, and the one that I was in had no heating insulation. Nor was the building heated. Rooms are currently at about 13-16oC as it is winter. I stayed in Wally's in 2008 for about 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The kitchen was busy at peak times, but other than that fine. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and the staff/ owners were very welcoming and chatty.

Stayed here with my wife and baby boy for one night. Ashley the manager was friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do. We got an en-suite double and it was very nice for the price

Overcrowded, including with people sleeping in the lounge. Incredibly noisy with very little chance for sleep. Bathrooms were disgusting. Booked a twin room, and was given a double room. Had paid in advance for two nights and decided to only stay one given the terrible experience, however the manager 'Wally' refused to give our money back for the second night.
