it was the not as they advertise. it was cold ane the spa was not working at all they say hey will call plumber the nextday but no one came. the bed was also broken.we booked for two nights but stayed only one.

We arrive at the motel around 3pm and annoyingly our unit is not yet ready. (not cleaned, no towels provided etc...) we have to wait at least an hour before we can unpack our things. the place is not clean. we have seen cockroaches scattered and spider webs in the ceiling. we are dissapointed. :(

The motel was in desperate need of renovation. We were not impressed with the interior, felt like we travelled back in time to the 70s. On the upside, the unit was spacious, the private spa was great and the owner was friendly.

Travelling to Rotorua from Auckland was absolutely awesome. After checking in & escorted to our 1bdrm spa bath unit was more than we expected.
