We stayed here for two nights, loved the hot spa tub out back. Beds comfortable, clean and tidy. I did not do the check in or out, but I dont think that there was any problems. Its on the main road. I had no complaints and would recommend. Enjoy!

This is quality accommodation and the owner is very helpful. It's not a long walk into the main shooping area. And I would definitely recommend the Executive on Fenton to anyone wanting a quality stay. Although close to the road there wa slittle noise with the rooms well insulated

We have stayed at this place a few years ago and I notice it has deteriorated somewhat. The outside spa area was very dirty, cigarette ash everywhere, spiderwebs, dead leaves and dirt. Needs a good hose out. Desk staff not overly friendly this time, and worse of all the price has skyrocketed. Was very disappointed, probably wouldn't stay here again.

I wont be staying here again only because there are A LOT more motels in rotorua that are waaay better for less money. Stayed in January 2013 the room was very very big cleaned to a 5 star standard our room came with a very yummy cooked breakfast. The host were very friendly. We can't wait to come and stay again. Thank you
