Checkin was efficient but it was a long winding route through the hotel to our Executive Suite. Agreed, the location of this hotel is good. However, once you enter the building, you do not feel at home. Very old fashioned and unbelievable that our travel agent (Aussie tours, Belgium) did recommend this hotel. Never a Copthorne hotel again. More
