Fantastic Hotel located right on the waterfront with great views of both the sea and the mountain. Great rooms, wonderful service and the most exceptional thing about this Hotel is its Restaurant Salt. Great wine and superb food. A must stay if you are visiting New Plymouth!

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was spacious and clean, great bathroom and view out of balcony was right out on the water. We enjoyed cocktail and early bite to eat on the deck watching the sun go down, awesome. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family without any hesitation.

Stayed here for womad weekend. Doesn't stand out from other hotels I have stayed at. Bed was comfortable it was clean and shower had good pressure. We stayed at the Waterfront early in Jan 2013, this was our second visit and our room was much nicer. Room 305 overlooked the shops opposite, but we could see the ocean from the small balcony.
