Very good location right in town. Walk to the waterfront, Te Papa, restaurants, railway station etc. Clean and very good value, with a good cafe/restaurant in the lower level. We can recommend this hotel. More

The Novotel was the first night of a 10 day holiday in the North island of NZ. The staff on arrival and departure were friendly and helpful. They explained about the hotel services and breakfasts and gave directions and maps for things to do in Wellington. The bed was not the best I've ever slept in being a bit lumpy... More

On arrival at reception the greeting from staff was very good and they attended to all of our requests. The room was on the 7th floor it was very clean & comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. We only had one meal at the Hotel it was nice but we felt that the servings were very small... More

The property is perfectly adequate, and has a great location if you are visiting the political centre of Wellington.
