The location is excellent for a city visit, we could walk to all of the main city attractions easily. Te Papa is close by and is a must see, we spend over 5 hours there and felt it really worthwhile. We stayed here one night and it was unremarkable. If you are using the carpark it is helpful if you have a very small car - it is a tight squeeze..... Sheets smelled and were creased as if prev. used and not changed prior to our check in.
