We recently had our wedding at the CHM and could not fault the hospitality shown to us and our guests. The commitment to our day was second to none. This was our fourth stay at the Copthorne and as usual we were made to feel welcome, the food was great and the complimentary glass of wine was appreciated! Room was clean and tidy and the Hotel cat made us feel we were back home, she is a big softy. More

Staff were really helpful, as we were staying Christmas eve they let us know that the restaurant would not be open for breakfast on Christmas day and offered us a continental breakfast basket instead. We booked and paid for two nights but had to move on the next day. They refused a refund for a nights accom or to move to return date so lost money. The reception was very rude and unheplful, was upsetting. Paper thin walls and no balcony. More

Friendly service and room was spacious and clean but there is a complete lack of soundproofing meaning it sounds like you are sharing your room with those in adjoining rooms .
