We arrived for our stay in Dunedin and struck 3 days of rain...our unit was on the ground floor and quite spacious and room y which was good as we probably spent a bit more time in them because of the weather .Location central so can walk into town took about 10 minutes. Would definitely come back to stay here.

Avoid this hotel. The owners assigned us unit 13 right on the street. The temporary manager said we could not exchange rooms as we had ordered double spa bathrrom. He said windows were double glazed.
