I dined with my Mother for lunch at the Level One Restaurant at the Kelvin Hotel. Terrific wait staff ... attentive and helpful. The meal itself was great ... big portions ... and great dessert ... at a very low price. I would happily dine here for Sunday lunch again. More

Poor service, average location, small, old fashioned rooms, albeit very clean and tidy. I was travelling on business and won't visit again. Inattentive staff werent very helpful, paper thin walls meant I didn't get much sleep. Hotel looks like it was decorated in the 70s and hasn't been touched since. More

Stayed here for a couple of weeks for business. One week I stayed in a renovated room and the next an older style room which still was good. Great hotel....in the city center.... also has free secure car parking..... The front counter staff are amazing and friendly. The room was clean and tidy... the room looks like it been revamped and a nice touch have a chocolate and evening menu on the bed....
