Great Hotel and we were very lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was large with plenty of room to move around and stay in. It was always lovely and clean and nice and warm. The bed was two singles together and you could often feel the join! Not great! Staff were nice. Great location, a quick... More

Great hotel, breath taking views over the Remarkables mountain range... We only stayed for 1 night to end our holiday before flying home. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely go back to the Millennium hotel. The hotel is 5 - 10 mins walk downhill into town, and 10 - 15 mins back uphill - although there is... More

Thank you for letting us know that you enjoyed your brief visit with us here at the Millennium Queesntown. We are very fortunate here with wonderful views and it was good to hear that you appreciated the gorgeous view of the Remarkables mountain range. We were also glad to hear that the staff were helpful and friendly and that the... More

I stayed at the Millennium as a one night work trip. The room had all that I needed for a short stay. I was a little disappointed that the milk provided was those tiny, one portion UHT packets and that there was only instant coffee. However, for one night it wasn't a big deal. The king sized bed was very... More

Thank you for your comments, I am glad you had a peaceful nights sleep but I would like to sincerely apologise that you found the socks in your room upon arrival. This was obviously an oversight of the Supervisor that day. I will be sure to have the Executive Housekeeping Manager review this issue with all the staff so that... More

I don't know weather its because I booked on Expedia but I have found that with several hotels I have booked on Expedia I have been given substandard rooms in a substandard part of the hotel. So even if the hotel is nice and you think you are getting a bargain you really get what you pay for - a... More

Rooms basic with comfortable beds. Bathrooms and furniture quite worn. Service variable, very slow check in, some staff answered simple questions with "I don't know". Breakfast buffet very basic - lack of fresh fruit platters and pancakes was disappointing for our children. Room service options very limited. Wifi expensive. Gym was closed as was spa. Walking distance to town but... More

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that the front desk staff were not able to assist you fully with information, we have a few new staff on reception at the moment. Also that the gym / spa was closed during your visit, we had some maintenance that needed to be carried out. We appreciate you comments as they... More

We stayed only 1 night at the Millennium & found it to be a fairly good, but busy, hotel. The staff are professional & courteous; the rooms are large & comfortable but need a little updating. Only a 5 min walk to centre of town which is great for quick trips. We managed to get a great deal for our... More

The hotel, room , food and service were good but the air con and mini bar fridge were the loudest I have ever heard. Check this before confirming the room! Convenient walk to the town centre and relevant attractions.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Millennium Hotel in Queenstown. Had a suite for the family, spacious and very quiet on the ground floor. Room service was outstanding and beds were comfortable. Only two minor issues, internet access was limited to 20 minutes per day and very expensive for additional access.... Also a bit of walk into the city. Coach... More

We took advantage of a special deal which included breakfast & we were not disappointed at all. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Everything about The Millennium Hotel in Queenstown is of a high standard. We were in a standard room on an autumn special rate- room was very comfortable; spacious, luxurious bed, quality furniture, spotlessly clean. Pretty good for a standard room!
