We stayed here for a couple of nights when on a coach tour of NZ, so I have no idea of the cost of the rooms. They were very large, with 2 big beds, they may even have been 2 king size, not sure. Very comfortable, with excellent lake views from the picture windows. Lovely dining room and tasty breakfast... More

We book via wotif and where pleasantly surprised. While the hotel is not in the CBD it is a good mid range hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and tidy. More

OK a short rap to Mercure. Booked for 2&1 notes in total whilst traveling in NZ recently. Huge rap to Ivan who looked after my bookings & good to deal with. Nice touch with the chocs on my return too! Room had a sensational view of the Lake. Good facilities...didn't get to the restaurant unfortunate as just had to eat... More

Because I belong to Advantage Plus, I usually stay in this hotel when in Queenstown. They treat me very well, service is excellent rooms are good and the views are to die for. The restaurants have a great outlook and are the best value in town. Food is excellent and extremely reasonable. More

Have just spent a week at St Moritz Queenstown - this was our fourth visit, having stayed each Autumn for the last four years and it was pleasure that we caught up with the many members of staff we had encountered on previous visits. There's so many good things about this hotel - firstly of course the position and fabulous... More

We booked this hotel on Wotif and scored a lake view room with king bed for $97 AUS a night. The room was comfortable and clean, with a slightly outdated bathroom. The view was fantastic! It is 2 or 3 km out of Queenstown, so better with a car but the up side of that is being able to escape... More
