Booked here after all the favorable reviews and were not disappointed. Perfect walk to and from town every night. Not busy while we were here so very quiet. Also got a great price from an online booking

A relatively comfortable "apartment" stay. Walls are a bit thin, and some noisy other guests were a bit of a drawback, but really clean and reasonably well appointed units (although a sharp knife wouldnt go amiss!). We spent one night at the Garden Court Suites after doing the Kepler track in Te Anau. The apartment was clean, modern and warm. It was very close to the town centre, about a 10 minute walk. I would really recommend this place:-)
