We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Kitchenette Room. Staff were friendly and kindness. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially bathroom was good.Breakfast was also delicious.Sitting at the balcony chair you can see the mountains turned into autumn colors. I am happy to recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is just a very short walk through a park to downtown Queenstown. Very nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. The room even had a balcony overlooking the park and looking up at the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful.
