We arrived a bit late around 8pm, the staff was prompt as we have already booked three rooms. The rooms we had were on the same floor, connected but didn't have the lake view but it was alright spacious and warm. we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Kingsgate Hotel. Even though we came very late, the staff helped us a lot.Lake is in front of the hotel and the view of the lake is breathtaking. City can be reached by walk and everything is available very close. Would like to visit again. More

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Kingsgate. The service was first-class, with staff going beyond the call of duty to assist us with whatever we needed. If you want a good place to stay one or two nights in Te Anau, then this is the place. Room had two double beds which were comfy - even had electric blankets which was a bonus. Close to town, we found everything we needed at this hotel, laundry, iron and ironing board, free internet access, comfortable beds and a clean bedroom and bathroom.
