Although not super modern was better in many ways, large rooms 2 large bathrooms, comfy beds, awesome position, great cafe The Dragonfly near by, I give it 10/10, the fan in bathroom stays on 10 minutes after you have turned the light out, a littlle annoying but very minor. Rooms were large and clean. Buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were very friendly. Well situated near to the lake. Te Anau is a small settlement mainly catering for tourists. Had the best fish and chips from a mobile van on the lake front. Freshly cooked - brilliant. Good base for visiting Milford Sound. More

As title reads, we had an awesome stay in Te Anau. Booked a deluxe room online and were plesantly suprised by how spacious the room was. Free WIFI access in the lobby which is a big bonus. Dined in Bailiez and had a great meal - HUGE meals. Service was great and i would definetly return in the future. More
