Hotel is in a great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, however is in need of a re-furb and a bit over-priced for Wollongong. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.

Its a shame that the ocean view rooms look into the neighbouring verandahs as there is no privacy. Expected more for the price .. Unfortunately for this reason I will not return but the staff were friendly and the beds very comfortable so happy with that,

This was our second time staying at the Novotel in North Wollongong. The staff were just as friendly and helpful as on our previous trip especially with children. Windjammers restaurant is a tad expensive but food is good as was the service so no complaints. Good location on the beach and near freeway entrances.
