Arrived with no booking and inspected the standard low set motel rooms with car spaces infront of each room. The price offered of $110 a night seemed quite normal for smaller towns for midrange motels. Stayed one night. The management was very polite and friendly and checkin was done with ease. If your room was right on the main road... More

We stayed at Bundy in June, travelling there by Tilt Train. Our email contacts with Acacia Motor Inn were helpful and friendly & always promptly replied to. (We are still waiting to get replies from 2 nearby motels to our initial enquiries!) Acacia is well located on Bourbong Street, not far from the railway station. It is a nice walk,... More

My wife and I visit Bundy at least once a year and always stay at the Acacia. We have recently spent a night there on our way to Cairns and found the motel to be clean comfortable and friendly. Although on a main road we heard no noise. We shall continue staying here as it has always been a good... More

We stayed 1 night it was dirty, cobwebs, marks on the walls, bed very hard. We were not comfortable walking on the floor and kept our thongs on the whole time. The place was in need of a paint job, new carpets, lights, bedding. The photos we looked at on the net were nothing like what we stayed in, it was cheap... More

Have been staying here for the last 2 years once a month for work, my husband also stays here with work as well. Sue & Shane are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them, feels like home away from home, have even taken the dog ( Lucky ) for a walk, Shane cooks a good breaky, has under... More

For starters Sue and Shane are the friendliest people you will ever meet and their dog Lucky is so sweet too! We were looking for a budget motel in Bundaberg and they gave us a double room for a great price. Really clean and tidy in a great location. 10 minute walk to the centre. Nice small pool to sit... Searched all the motels in the area and found this one by accident and I am glad I did. Can not fault it for service and is cleanliness, maybe other motels should take a leaf out of these owners book,. I will recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Bundy area for sure. LGP68

Very friendly little place. Rooms are a little outdated but very clean with a comfy bed and big screen TV. In walking distance to cinema, resturaunts and shops.

We recently booked a number of rooms for a family event. Rooms had a variety of bed configurations with some including kitchenettes. The tables and chairs outside each room were like a separate little sitting area which worked very well. The rooms were spotless and nothing was ever too much trouble for the owners. Our room, including the shower was... More
