Just returned from an outstanding few days staying in a KLuxe room. Room was awesome, views stunning. Outstanding staff from maintenance Martin to owner Tony. Was really looking forward to staying here. Shame its nothing like the website. Rooms are filthy, the floor of my room was covered in pubic hairs and sand despite seeing the 'cleaner' leave as we entered. Girl on reception was clearly no interested in making us feel welcome.
