Very expensive place to stay for what you get. They cleaned our couch and left it wet while were staying there. Who does that when guests are staying? We would have paid an extra couple of hundred dollars to stay up the road for a five star place if we had known how dated it was. There was no drier... More

I understand a hotel needs to make money which is probably why they offer rooms to backpackers, but it felt like this was a bar first and dorms were an afterthought. I don't know anything about the hotel rooms so I can't comment. Yes, there's that cliche that backpackers party all night and relax on the beach all day, but... More

Hi Jeb. Firstly we sincerely apologize for you checking in without being provided linen. Our reception staff stayed back until 10pm waiting for you and incorrectly assumed you were a no show. We do advertise that reception hours are until 9pm on our website and we have a 24 hour caretaker on premise whose number is displayed on the front... More

If you like to surf this is the place to stay. 80 metres to the water. Conformable beds, dooms cleaned daily, friendly staff, simple breakfast, clothes washing machine within room. I had one problem with the room, it was fixed straight away. One limitation, it can be noisy on a Fri night, if you're looking for a early get up.... More

We arrived later in the day for a 3 night stay, the receptionist was very friendly. We had a one bedroom suite, it had a washing machine, microwave and was very roomy. The balcony was huge and had the most amazing views of Greenmount beach ( we were on the 4th floor). The room generally clean but was a little... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night in a 2bdrm ocean view room. Stunning view the room was ok a little beaten up. Floors were very greasy! It is a bit over priced for what's on offer in the rooms. It would be great for ppl looking for a place to party on the beach but not a romantic get away.... More

Was really looking forward to staying here. Shame its nothing like the website. Rooms are filthy, the floor of my room was covered in pubic hairs and sand despite seeing the 'cleaner' leave as we entered. Girl on reception was clearly no interested in making us feel welcome. Actually disgusted by this place. Washing machine in room but no fridge???!!??... More
