Last day of third stay at Riviera. Both rooms I've stayed in have been excellent - spotless and immaculate, peaceful and quiet. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for better. And Toowoomba is a beautiful place with lovely people - I've enjoyed every visit here immensely. More

Never again!!!Very poor hosting skills and very rude!!!...Dvd wouldn't work so Kay had to come to the room to try get it to work..."Hi"...the kids say......."Hello"...again the kids say...and the kids so just happy still trying to say "Hello"...I have to say to my child...son don't worry about it the lady is busy...like WTF!!!! is it so hard to reply... these people are rude and only want your money. We couldn't even sleep on their 20yr old bed and the pull out couch for the kids was a joke. $100 special for china... poor value for money. When we complained about the beds Kay said to us that we wen't buying them and it was just for the night )though... More

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website, this place is nothing like it. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. An all round awful experience. More

Stayed here for a week while moving from England to Toowoomba. The apartment was very clean with a huge tv and massive bathroom.
