Room smelt as if hadn't been opened in months, had to air out and by morning was ok. We arrived late from plane and bad keys in door waiting with a note. Staff were friendly next day. No complaints here. Was a place to sleep after touching down, nothing special really.

Very friendly owners makes your arrival pleasant. Although the rooms are old the beds are good and the rooms are well noise insulated. We ate at the restaurant which was lovely. Food was great and there was enough of it to fill you. All in all great place to stop over or stay while in Launceston

Couldn't ask for more. Friendly people, clean and cumfy rooms with everything we needed, sensational food and so close to everything. Very reasonable pricees. Such a cute little dog too! Felt very at home. Will be back for sure.
