We stayed at this hotel after driving the Great Ocean Road and before driving up to the Grampians mountains. It was OK for one night but am not sure I would want to stay longer. The lobby area with its uber-bland decor had the personality of a flapjack... our room was a bit better. We liked the open bathroom-folding wall... More

Stayed here for one night in May, 2012. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on venues in town. Room was clean and best of all it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Warrnambool. More

Stayed for two nights in may 2012 and booked in after looking at some other places. Foyer was kinda dated but clean. Reception staff were warm and offered free room upgrade to ocean view room at $150. Hallways were painted brown and carpets soiled badly. Room was very clean and faced north with view over the harbour. Balcony was uninviting.... More

I was excited about coming here. There were some genuinely good reviews about the place and its location seemed to be great, right on the sea. I am also a fan of the white look which I know many are not. And yes, white this place is! Check-in was fine, no hassle here and the room was nice, the bed... More

Stayed here end of April for work one night - as expected, very luxurious, clean and tidy. Quite stark and white, so if you like homely go elsewhere. Room was spotless and modern, reception staff friendly (and coffees were excellent!). View from room balcony overlooked the next hotel and car park, not much of an ocean view. A bit of... More

The weekend started with genuinely poor and subsequently offensive service. On out late arrival, we waited at an unattended reception counter for 10 minutes. There was no bell to call for service, and calling the hotel's number simply resulted in the unattended counter resonating with the unanswered call. When we we entered the lift, the worn and heavily stained carpets... More

The receptionist was a gem, such a nice smile and very friendly which was great after a long drive, management should be very impressed with her! Room was ok, bed very comfy but balcony overlooks carpark and another hotel. Quite a way out from the main part of town. Arriving for breakfast the next day at 7:00am we found the... More

Lovely resort style motel. We only stayed one night but wished for more. We did not eat in but sampled a lovely spot downtown. Took a walk along the boardwalk. Warrnambool is a windy city. The wind whistles up from the antarctic - first stop, Warrnambool. We felt we might blow away on our balcony. More

Great place to stay, excellent rooms and lovely location near the beach. We ate in the restaurant once for dinner and it was ok, nothing amazing - for such a great hotel the dining area is quite tired. More

Were very disappointed with the hotel, instead of ocean view we had a view to the car park. To use the spa pool the hotel asked for additional $25 per person. The indoor pool is included but very poorly maintained, very noisy and dirty all over. The hotel room smelled like bleach in a hospital. The breakfast choice was very... More
