We recently stayed at the break, great location, accomodation spacious but dowdy, would be very easy to do up with a few simple touches- clean doonas and doona covers in all rooms, clean out the cupboards, replace mismatched pots pans and glasses, remove mould from showers, throw cushions on couches, nicer towels, a working fireplace...
