Sometimes hotels say they are located at or near the airport and then offer a shuttle service which can take forever. (OK a slight exaggeration). Hotel itself is very clean and is a nice place to stay at. Beware of the internet charges even though my rate included the use of the internet, I ended up paying for additional data usage I still don't know how they work that out. Other than that everything else was good. The breakfast was great I was impressed.

A very good place to stay & highly recommended. So handy to airport for travel was great. The rooms were lovely & quiet. Had room service & relaxed for very early start, Fantastic. The food was also lovely

I spent two nights at the Novotel Auckland Airport. Facilities were excellent, service was excellent - restaurant was also excellent. First world problem here - I'd like complimentary wi-fi. Otherwise great stay.

Nice, clean, and friendly staff, the only thing was the rooms are quite small, but if just staying for a layover it's all you need, and even though it was on the airport there was no air traffic noise which was great

The concierge people, the restaurant, housekeeping were all exceptional but the Reception people seemed to be on a different planet; they were almost miserable and bring down the service ranking to overall average
