Only stayed for one night but the room was large with plenty of space and very good heating. All staff that I dealt with were excellent and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Restaurant food was of a very high standard. Would highly recomend this location.

Loved this Hotel - quaint, villagey in it's brick architecture and very comfortable. The suite was roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food in the Orangerie Restaurant was the best we had in a two week trip around the South Island. Top marks to the chef for the vegetarian risotto balls, yum! Would definitely stay there again.
