Stayed for 3 nights towards the end of tour of the south island. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff in the restaurant were friendly. The restaurant is nice enough but a tad expensive. Not a huge choice of restaurants close by. Overall, a pleasant stay in beautiful Nelson. More

First things first. Staff were really good & helpful from checking in to the breakfast restaurant , no complaints. Bedrooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. A problem regulating the shower resulted in an upgrade of accommodation only to find the same in the upgraded suite. We stayed here for 1 night and have no complaints. Well serviced room with all the required facility's. Staff were friendly and helpful and the view from our balcony was top class. The onsite restaurant was great again with friendly staff and lovely yummy food. You will not be disappointed. More

Excellent location within walking distance of the center of town. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the standard amenities. In chain-like fashion, doesn't have much character. The restaurant is definitely overpriced--walk downtown to eat. More
