Everything about Muritai Manor was superb. We stayed there the night before our wedding and it could not have been a better, more welcoming experience. Alex and Julia were exceptionally hospitable, the rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent: freshly laid eggs, homemade honey and cereal, etc. The stay was a perfect start to our celebrations.

We stayed here for a weekend away in Nelson. Beautiful home, fantastic host couple and lovely breakfasts. Very welcoming, relaxed and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone having a few days in Nelson.

Beautifully furnished room with added extras such as homemade fudge, lavender shower bodywash and handsoaps and EXCELLENT wine!! Very lovely hosts who go that extra mile to make you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious with homemade granola and fresh fruits and jams/spreads using local produce.
