Whilst our hosts were pleasant we were extremely disappointed. We arrived on our booked date which they claimed they were expecting us on the next day. Upon arrival we signed in and were taken to the dining room where breakfast is served much to my horror a table with ants crawling all over it, yuk. Then we were shown out...

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for your feedback and comments. Guest satisfaction is very important to us.
When I greeted you on your arrival here, your husband said he was disappointed that there was no 4 poster bed in your room.

I was unsure whether to give this an average or very good rating, but have erred on the generous side .
Whilst our hosts Nick and Jenny were charming, the accommodation wasn't quite the grand house I was expecting, although my husband took to it better than I did.
The original room we were booked to stay in had been...

My wife and I arrived at Warwick House and were instantly impressed with the elegance of the front gates, drive way and exterior of the building. We were greeted by the sound of the owner's daughter practicing her piano skills (which we didn't mind), who upon noticing us fetched her mother to welcome us. Jenny introduced herself, and was lovely....

Warwick house is beautiful. It towers over nelson and the views of the town and sea are inspiring. The rooms are grand and well kept.
My husband and I were lucky enough to be upgraded to the tower suite. This was absolute luxury. I spent many hours soaking in the claw foot tub. The fixtures and finishes are high quality...

This was the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at Warwick House and I would love to stay again.
It is a beautiful, grand old house with lots of history (by NZ standards that is). The house is well located with great views. Owners Nick and Jenny go to a lot of effort to ensure that their guests enjoy...

Many thanks for your kind comments, it is always a pleasure to have guests return and stay
with us several times. After 7 years of having guests stay with us at Warwick House we
now have many 'regulars' and returners. This is probably the best endorsement we can get when guests return here again. The Nelson region has so much...

Jenny and Nick were very welcoming and full of great information to help us during our stay with them. We felt comfortable and relaxed because the room was beautiful and clean, they provided breakfast for us even though we were leaving early in the morning and even mailed out an item that we left in our room. We highly recommend...

After arriving at Warwick house we were greeted by the hosts Nick and Jenny who were very warm and welcoming. There was also the added bonus of their delightful dog Vickey who put a smile on my face after a months travelling and no animal love. We were then shown to a lovely room on the ground floor. This room...

We arrived early afternoon, only to find out we coldn't check in until 4PM. We came back, and were shown to our 'suite'. It was terrible.
The smell of rising damp just about knocked you off your feet, and the 'full kitchenette' was a fridge, toaster and kettle in the toilet / bathroom.
When I explained that I couldn't stay...
