A lot of refurbishment seems to have recently been done here and the shower specifically was great. The sleeper couch looks a bit tired, but the cabin itself is nice and spacious. The resort itself seems nice and popular and there are several families and young children around. More

From the time I called Airlie Cove I was impressed with their service. We booked the cabin for 3 days and in that time went for a Fantasea Reefsleep. The cabin was tucked away, was peaceful and certainly had everything we needed. The office lady was so delightful and helpful. Great pool for our little man to enjoy, great BBQ... More

Just returned home to the GC after a fantastic stay in Airlie Beach. I stayed in an ensuite cabin for 4 nights and was very happy with the facilities. The park is situated 2 mins drive out of town, on the way to Shute harbour. We found it to be a peaceful and pretty site, relatively well maintained (after some... More

Our opinion of Airlie Cove started on a high note when we had our removalists stuff us around during our move from Melbourne to Townsville by changing the dates, we had already booked at Airlie Cove but couldn't stay, I was told not to worry they would just keep the booking and payment in their system until we were ready... My partner and i decided to stay in a studio ensuite cabin at Airlie Cove Resort. It was our last night in Airlie and we'd been staying at a five star resort. We paid a very reasonable fee for our last night so were eager to see what we get for our money. A five min drive from the main... More

We recently stayed there for 4 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a ensuite cabin. The first thing we noticed when we arrived at our cabin was the overgrown shrubs. When we opened the door the heat hit us. It was like an oven inside. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only down side is the... More

very clean and organised. ask for the key of the toilets close to the restaurant, much clean because you have to give 20$ cash deposit, but you have almost your private toilet, in 1 week just me and my partner have used it. staff very polite and friendly. More

we arrived at 5 pm, the lady at the reception desk was kind and we decided to stay two days. After a short review and internal discusion we decided to leave one day earlier to do some more km on our trip at the next day. So only one hour later (6 pm) we went back to the reception to... More

We apologise for the inconveniences you incurred. Whilst we do have refund policies in place, the reception staff member was a trainee. Our training procedures have been reviewed and once again sorry for the confusion. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels! More

We have stayed at Airlie Cove 4 times before and enjoyed them all. We recommended it to friends this year, and joined them there for 7 days. They were taken back with our recommendation, and believed we had mixed the parks up. We arrived 2 days after them and we were shocked at the decline in the place. Most of... More

Our apologies that your stay at Airlie Cove on this occasion did not reach your expectations. Being a repeat guest, we would like to think that you enjoy your experience here each time. We currently have a progressive maintenance program in place as unfortunately the park suffered significant weather damage earlier this year and it is being completed in stages.... More
