This review could just read: "highly recommended, go stay there". But if you want more detail, my husband and I stayed for one night and in that short while this was my impression: - the cleanest hostel I've been in - the most amazing shared areas (huge couches, a children's corner, great kitchen) - comfortable bed and bedding - clean... Even though this was my first time at a hostel, I've got to admit it exceeded all my expectations. The hostel itself was a good size, located close to the supermarkets (Aldi, Coles) and the Blue Mountains itself. Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms were well kept and I've got to say, the kitchens were top notch! Also, although... More

This is the NICEST YHA I have ever stayed in. Well, one of. Compared to the last one I stayed in it is beautiful. Really nice vibe, clean, well equipped kitchen, really clean showers. Standard issue YHA beds and sheets, big room, well ventilated. Washing line outside. Children's corner.

After a hideous experience in Bondi, we were thrilled to arrive at this yha. The resident were more mature and respectful, the lounge was full of people quietly reading or chatting and the kitchen was spotless. Our 4 bed dorm was nice, I even had a single bed in a slightly separate annex to the main room. The showers and... More

Stayed here just one night but may come back very soon as thought it was great. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Clean rooms and great bathrooms. Huge relaxed communal spaces so you could socialise if you want or read quietly in the same area. Lovely sunny terrace to sit out on.

This is the perfect place to stop off for a cheap and easy weekend out of the city. Where to start? Hmmm, well the rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are comfortable. There are heaters in the room for chilly nights and I slept like a baby both nights I was there. No road noise; in fact,... More

Great little spot to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains. Spacious rooms with big lockers, and good communal areas. The staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and providing directions to the train station. We had a nice, peaceful getaway from the bustling centre of Sydney.

The hostel is strategically located and very well equipped. Staff was helpful and friendly. As we stayed there during the season, the dining room was pack and we have to resort to eat in the living room instead. Good value for the price we paid. Will recommend it for those on budget.
