Oh wow... I have stayed here about 8+ times now and I can't wait to get back there again!! I love love love the pool area (many hours lazing here!) and the close proximity to the beach, pub and James Street shopping precinct. I love the easy walk to the little cafe on the esplanade for a coffee or brekky, the hut BBQ area by the pool, and how the owners look after every question or need for an extra bit of milk!! What a great experience... I'm already booked in again for my next visit!

Beautiful location, close to beach, restaurants, bars. Many things to do close by, such as an amazing be walk through national Park which is only 10 minutes away Amazing value for money, run by terrific management. Will certainly be back

This is the perfect position if you want a holiday in Burleigh Heads, no need to get in the car, it's all at your doorstep. Had all the basic things in the kitchen (most of it looked like it was from the OP shop) and bathroom. With a bit of attention this could be so much better. The cleaning of the room was poor, so that was disappointing.

I recently stayed and was unable to enjoy a swim in the pool once as it was dominated by one family with children from early in the morning til the evening. I complained and the receptionist told me that it was the owner and his family. They were certainly treating it as if they owned the place. I would not recommend this place if you are a single or business traveller and you just feel like some quiet time reading a book by the pool. May I suggested pool time hours so kids are not taking over the pool the whole day.

Just had 5 fantastic nights to rest from travelling, recover from work and catch up with family and friends. The welcome by our host was warm and enthusiastic. The apartment was spacious, clean and with plenty of tea bags. Wifi was excellent, the bed comfy and the apartment is in a great location to all Burleigh has to offer. The pool area has plenty of seating and bbq to have family and friends over.

We recently enjoyed an overnight stay at Burleigh Palms. As previous reviews indicate, these are older style apartments, but in saying that, they are generous in size. We were in room 29 which was fully self contained including large fridge, oven and cooktop, table seating for 4, comfy couch and washer and dryer. The bedroom was separate from the living area. The apartment was light and airy and very clean. There are 2 separate covered bbq areas near the pool which looked very well maintained. Location was great with back walkway opening onto the Esplanade and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed a few nights here with my partner over a long weekend. We both knew it wasn't going to be luxury and that was fine, but the place was far more dated than we expected. The couch was covered in blankets to cover up old stains which was a real downside. The bathroom was very old as well. There was no air con in our apartment which was fine at this time of year, but in summer it would have been horrendous. I think they should make it clearer which of their apartments have air con (in any) as it is mentioned as a feature on lots of booking websites. If we had booked in during summer and found there was no air con we would have been rather annoyed. Location though is really prime. There is easy beach access out the back of the property and it is only a 2min walk to most of the great restaurants in the area. We would stay here again but hopefully in a different room and for a really good price

Appt 23 was quite a good size. Nice family run hotel near shops, pub and a 2min walkway to beach. Not as modern as some but great value for a family stay, there were 4 of us. On the Gold Coast Hwy but room was quiet.

A nice family run block of holiday apartments. Not the most modern - and its rates were the cheapest I could find during the peak school holiday period, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the beautiful Burleigh Beach is just out the back door. I stayed in s one room apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. It’s suitable for small families and couple.

Apartment 29 View of palms and pool also the highway yet that was fine as not noisy. I usually prefer an ocean view yet this little hideaway was just lovely. Managers too, such nice couple. Airconditioned, fans and Foxtel. Bed and spare bed were both comfy. Washer and dryer worked. I would recommend Burleigh Palms for a nice getaway and so close to beach, shops, cafes and eaterys. Happy holidays.
