“An OASIS”

An oasis within the Warwick area. Quite, clean and, the unit we had, very tastfully decorated as a living space – not just an overnight place to sleep. The kitchen is well appointed filled with quality tools i.e. knifes that cut and pots that heat uniformity. We will be returning to 53 on Victoria

“Wow wow wow”

If you want a slice of paradise then this is the place. Who would have thought that Warwick had such a gem. Comfort and cleanliness is definitely 5 star. John and Liz, great people to have in a 5 star gem, very helpful. Bathroom is spotless and the bed Devine. We will definitely be back. Kiwi's from NT

The superlatives used in the previous reviews say it all, however it is our pleasure to keep the ball rolling. 53 on Victoria is no run of the mill 'boutique motel', it is completely out of the ordinary.
