room comfortable and well-apointed. Unable to comment on breakfast as very basic fare provided as we left early for the first bus to Melbourne. Arrival marred by less than enthusiastic welcome. Stay ruined by paper-thin walls - very poor sleep because of loud snorer in the next room ! More

I thought this was just an OK guest house. The family were very pleasant but it did not live up to the charm of the brochure description. It could also have done with bit of a dusting. Sadly I would not return to this abode. More
