Gorgeous location along harbour front. Room was flawless and well thought out to the smallest details. DELICIOUS continental breakfast and all for an excellent price compared with other places we've stayed recently. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay Mandy!

We enjoyed a four night stay at this great B & B just opposite Spencer Lawley Park. We stayed in the garden room towards the rear of this beautiful historical house which has tastefully been decorated. As well as our bedroom we had a small dressing area and shower room. The bedroom was spacious and clean with a very comfortable... More

This was our second trip to stay with Mandy & Andrew and, as with the first visit, we were not disappointed! Dunmoylen House is 5 minutes from the town centre on a quiet main road overlooking the harbour/marina. On this trip there were three of us so we had both bedrooms, so the kitchenette and sitting room were entirely ours.... More

This was my first time staying in a B&B so I was apprehensive. However, I was amazed at how much better this was than staying in a hotel or motel!! Dunmoylen House blew me away! Dunmoylen House is a brilliant B&B. The property is elegant, rooms furnished beautifully, wireless internet provided and digital TV. The room was airconditioned, well appointed... More

Dunmoylen House. A bed and breakfast for $150 / night. And worth it. This lovely federation house has two beautiful rooms for guests, the balcony room overlooking the front and the lake. The second is nested in the rear. Each room houses a Queen sized bed shower and toilet, TV & DVD player as well as split cycle air-conditioning. The... More

My husband and I spent two nights here recently. Our room was large, tastefully decorated and had it's own balcony overlooking the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and more importantly, so were the pillows. The gourmet continental breakfasts were beautifully presented and delicious with a choice of cereals, bread/toast, fresh seasonal fruits, juices, yoghurts, preserves and coffee or tea... More

This is a little gem in Albanys B&B market - Mandy is a lovely host and the accommodation has been decorated to an excellent standard. The rooms have been thought through down to the smallest detail from a constant supply of home make cookies in the kitchenette, to the flashlight in the nightstand and collection of DVDs and books for... The usual accommodation in Albany was fully booked so Dunmoylen House was recommended. I am pleased to say that this accommodation was possibly even better than where I normally stay. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking Princess Royal Harbour and on a warm day the verandah looked quite invitinng. The little kitchen area where you could make... More

This place oozes class. From the decor through to the bed linen, this place has been decked out in a classy and sophisticated way. The personal touches such as the warm fire in the sitting room with the complimentary ports to keep you warm in the winter months. Breakfast is a real delight. While some may prefer a cooked breakfast,... More
